I was able to get every achievement in one playthrough on Easy except for completing the game on hard(and one easy secret achievement I missed). BioShock's Brass Balls achievement was added later, and you had to be on HARD difficulty this is not the case in BioShock 2, although they could always do the same thing for BioShock 2. If you want to cut time on your playthrough, go for this and the Big Brass Balls achievement, but the Big Brass Balls(completing the game without using a Vita-Chamber) can be unlocked on EASY. You can do this right from the start and if you get Freeze as your first plastic you can take out Big Daddies easily purely by getting two free bots and repeatedly freezing the Daddy til it's dead. Because of the easy the BS2 hack works, you can just leave the bar going back and forth, run to the shutdown panel, then deliberately trigger the bots and immediately shut them down.
Hell, even before then you can hack bots from free by activating a vending machine hack and then running to a shutdown panel. Drill Specialist with Decoy, the ability to summon security bots and Swarm is amazing even when they're both level 2. Yeah I'd day thisnis definitely the most OP thing possible.
